Used traditionally in herbal medicine for coughs, sore throats and colds. It is warming and drying, and can also be used to support the digestive system.
Can be used to make a strong tasting aromatic fresh herbal tea or dried for later use, or made into a tincture or syrup. It can also be used as a culinary herb.
