Description
Prunella vulgaris
Is a low grow, creeping and spreading perennial herb that grows up to 50cm tall. It will grow on most soils in sun or partial shade.
It was traditionally used as a wound healing due to it's astringency. I like to use it to help with sore throats, thyroid health and emotionally for 'voicing' and will power to 'self heal' when loosing hope.
It makes a pleasant tea, tincture or herbal vinegar.
