Description
Rhodiola rosea
A hardy perennial that likes a sunny well drained position. It flowers in the late spring/early summer.
Used as an adaptogen in herbal medicine to support recovery from illness, increase stamina, immunity and mood.
The root is used after 2-3 years to make a rose coloured and scented tincture or it can be dried.
