Description
Agastache foeniculum
A beautiful aromatic perennial of the mint family that grows to around 1.5m. Prefers a well drained soil and plenty of light, but can also tolerate some shade.
It can be used to support the digestive system to reduce bloating and nausea and makes a good after dinner cup of tea. It also supports the immune system and sinuses and can be helpful for seasonal allergies and colds.
The flavor is an amazing combination of anise, licorice, mint & hyssop and it makes a delicious cup of tea and can also be made into a tincture.
